| 2 Cups Tomato Juice | |
| 1 Cup frozen mixed vegetables (broken apart) |
Combine tomato juice and mixed vegetable in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add rice and pepper. Cover, turn off heat and allow to stand for 6 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. |
