Holiday Coffee Cake




2 c Biscuit Mix
1/2 stick (1/4 c) Butter, melted
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 large Eggs
3/4 c Sour Cream
1-1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1/2 c Chopped Pecans
1 tbsp Butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat first 5 ingredients and 1/2 tsp cinnamon at med speed with electric mixer until smooth. Pour batter into lightly greased 11x7 baking dish. Stir together brown sugar, chopped pecans, tbsp melted butter, and remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle mix evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in dish on wire rack 10 min. Cut into squares and serve.
