(Fort
Hood) The Army psychiatrist accused in the mass shooting at Fort Hood
will be back in court today. The new military judge overseeing Major
Nidal Hasan`s case will hold a pre-trial hearing to reconsider five
issues. Those include whether the death penalty should be set aside, so
he could possibly plead guilty in the case. Hasan is accused of
murdering 13 and injuring 32 others at the Texas Army post in November
2009. The pre-trial hearing is expected to continue through Friday.
