(KILLEEN) A Killeen man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an 8-year-old in July and August of 2012. Michael Shane Chick has been charged with aggravated sexual assault. Investigators say the female victim made an outcry in August. Child Protective Services were then informed of the incident. Following an investigation, Killeen police determined the incidents occurred on multiple occasions in July and August of 2012. Chick`s bond has been set at $100,000. | |
