(ROCKDALE) Due to the loss of system pressure in a section of the high-pressure plane of the city’s distribution system, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the City of Rockdale (PWS1660002) public water system to issue a Boil Water Notice

A Boil water notice has been issued for persons living on O’Kelley, Sager, Yokley, and Skyles between Rockdale Rd and Cady.

If you have questions concerning this matter, you may contact Rockdale City Hall at (512) 446-2511.

(MILAM) Milam County Sheriff’s Office 2 booked into the jail the Inmate count is 142 with 2 in Bell County

Thanks to a joint operation between our Special Operations group, our Criminal Investigation Division, and Bell County Sheriff’s Department Violent Crime Apprehension Team a wanted fugitive is off the streets.

Cody Villarreal is now in custody. He had been sought since last week in connection to a shooting near Buckholts. A wealth of tips and information was also instrumental in his capture.

(CAMERON) Milam County Sheriffs Office report in August answered 1382 calls including 417 traffic stops, 132 citations and 28 arrests.
