Heavenly home on December 29, 2025 in Temple, Tx.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 9, 2026 at Don D. Summers Chapel, 1630 S. MLK, Temple, Texas from 4:00-6:00. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 Saturday, January 10, 2026 at
First Baptist Church St., 400 West Main Street. Cameron, Tx,
Betty was born July 11, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Okla. To the parents of David Cooper and Jessie Mae Green. She attended schools in Rosebud and Branchville, Tx. She accepted Christ at an early age.
She is survived by her husband: Rev. Charles Evans, daughter: Jessie Jump of College Station, sons: Bennie England and Curtis England both of Cameron, Tx, .Jasper England of Waco, Tx. and Billy England of Fresno, Calif., grandchildren, nieces and nephews. And friends.
Don D. Summers Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
