Under the direction of Brian Price, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases (26)  were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:

CHRISTOPHER KEITH WALKER, 26, of Buckholts, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Injury to a Child

DE’RION LEE BELL, 19, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

MICHAEL BORGAS, 51, of Cameron, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence and was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams

JOSEPH EFREN GAMIZ, 27, of Waco, was sentenced to eighteen (18) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Delivery of Marijuana 4 oz to 5 Pounds

JESSICA DAWN HAINES, 30, of Hutto, was sentenced to one (1) year in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

HENRY NEBIL MENDEZ-GARCIA, 26, of Temple, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence

RAUSTIN NAMYAT, 40, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation on an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram and was sentenced to three hundred ninety-seven (397) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member

ZYKIA LESHUN FLOWERS, 21, of Rockdale was sentenced to three hundred and two days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Credit or Debit Card Abuse

LUKE TREVINO, 27, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two hundred nineteen (219) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

EVAN DANIEL BOYD, 39, of Cameron, was sentenced to ninety-four (94) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor Assault Causes Bodily Injury

WAYNE ANTHONY BYNAUM, JR, 24, of Cameron, was sentenced to two hundred (200) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

JUSTIN GLEN DRIVER, 24, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $3,000 fine and $1,300 restitution after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

BOBBY GENE GARZA, 41, of Rockdale, was placed on ten (10) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation Intend Sex Offense

JAMES WARD TIMMERMAN, 50, of San Antonio, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams

XAVIER TORRES, 44, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for eight (8) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More

EDDIE KELLAR DAVENPORT, 21, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an Original State Jail Felony, Theft of Firearm and was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

TYLER DANIEL GREMILLION, 30, of Rogers, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation including a $3,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation

ERIN GRACE LUCE, 46, of Milano, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Vehicle

TRAVIS DESHUN STEPHENS, 43, of Cameron, was sentenced to eighteen (18) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram and was sentenced to eighteen (18) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

JUSTO ALEJANDRO GARCIA, 22, of Bryan, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle

JAIME FERNANDO ORTEGA, 24, of Taylor, was sentenced to thirty (30) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Criminal Mischief $2,500 – $30K

KAZIRRIUS HOLT, 26, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for two (2) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft Less than $2,500 with Priors

KORYEN DUNTA JACKSON, 24, of Houston, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for four (4) with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Vehicle

GILBERT AARON GADISON, 39, of Bartlett, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

BEN RODRIGUEZ, 43, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 3 Less than 28 grams in a Drug Free Zone

DEMETRIUS SHOUSE, 20, of Cameron, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 1st Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation Intend Other Felony
