He is survived by his beloved sons, David, Stephen, and Gerald Heugatter, who continue to carry forward his legacy. Frank’s family circle also includes stepsons Jason and wife Leah McClelland, along with his daughter Lisa Lane and her husband Mark, and stepdaughter Susan Alexander and her husband James. Their presence in his life was a source of great joy and pride.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Patsy Iris Heugatter, whose memory he held close to his heart. He also mourns the loss of his parents, Frank Heugatter and Estelle McDonald Heugatter, who laid the foundations for the man he became.
A visitation to honor Frank’s life will be held on May 15, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at Green – Patterson Funeral Home, located at 2701 N Travis Ave, Cameron, Texas. Following the visitation, a graveside service will take place at North Elm Cemetery, 832 County Road 145, Cameron, Texas, beginning at 1:00 PM.
Frank Donald Heugatter’s departure marks the end of a remarkable chapter defined by resilience, responsibility, and love for his family.
