Under the direction of Brian Price, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:
RAYMOND ULMER, 50, of Austin, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ by the Court after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Public Servant
CASSOE EVETTE MITCHELL, 41, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Injury to a Child
JERMAINE RASHAD MOORE, 23, of College Station, was sentenced to ten (10) years TDCJ, probated for eight (8) years with standard conditions of probation and ordered to forfeit the weapon after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon
ADAM LEE NORTON, 49, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
BRAD CHARLES WHITE, 50, of Temple, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
STACEY MICHELLE DAVID, 59, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and $61 restitution after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft of Property < $2,500 with Previous Convictions
BLANCA MARIE MENDEZ 36, of San Antonio, was placed on twelve (12) months Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including fifty (50) hours community service and Drug/Alcohol Screening as conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $400 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Burglary of Building
KEITH DWAYNE CAFFEY, 48, of Thorndale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Burglary of Building
CHELSIE LECIELLE ROSE, 29, of Cameron, was placed on ten (10) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation, including no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault of Pregnant Person
HECTOR MARTIN SANCHEZ, 58, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $,1000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
TOMAS LUNA, 38, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempt to Take Weapon from Officer
TYRELLE M. HUNT, 24, of Belton, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Assault
MANUEL ISAIAS ESQUIVEL VARGAS, 36, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for four (4) years with DWI conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $750 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, DWI 3rd or More
KENDALL ANN BOOTH, 38, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of drug offender probation and was ordered to pay a $3,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
NICHOLAS JOSEPH ALLEN, 25, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Retaliation
FELIX KIPROP KOSGEI, 30, of Levelland, was sentenced to two (2) years State Jail, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation, including an ignition interlock device after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, DWI with Child Under 15 Years of Age
TRINA DIANE BONGIOVANNI, 60, of Belton, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams
DANIEL DIONICIO ESPARZA, 25, of Round Rock, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
ROBERT LAYS HERNANDEZ FORTYS, 45, of Houston, was sentenced to seven (7) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
JOHN L. ROBERTSON, JR., 49, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Forgery Financial Instrument – Enhanced
LOUIS GALVAN, 73, of Taylor, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams
