Under the direction of Brian Price, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:
PHILLIP TRENT KIRKPATRICK, 31, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams and was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle
JOSE LUIS FERNANDEZ-SALAS, 38, of Cameron, was sentenced to seven (7) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Indecency with Child – Sexual Contact
PEDRO GOMEZ MENDEZ, 35, of Taylor, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Forgery of Government Instrument
KEVIN SAMUEL MENDOZA-LOPEZ, 27, of Baytown, was sentenced to ten (10) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
SALENA ANTONINETTE LOPEZ, 25, of Caldwell, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Indecency with Child by Contact and was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Sex Offender Duty to Register
KRISTOPHER ANTHONY BELLARD, 28, of Spring, was sentenced to four (4) sentences to run concurrently for two hundred eighty-nine (289) days each of confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to State Jail Felony, Criminal Mischief – Fence Tampering; Evading Arrest with Priors; Unauthorized Use of Vehicle; and Criminal Mischief $2,500 – $30K
RYANN LAURA FALCO, 33, of Milano, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ by Judge John W. Youngblood at the conclusion of a hearing to revoke her probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction
JAMES ROBERT LIVELY, 46, of Temple, was placed on six (6) months Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $6,749.79 restitution to the Crime Victim Compensation after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Obstruct Highway Passageway- Reckless Driving
KATHRYN MARGARET TREVINO, 59, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ by Judge John W. Youngblood at the conclusion of a hearing to revoke her probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation
SAMATHA LYNN SMITH, 32, of Milano, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear
EDUARDO HERNANDEZ, JR., 22, of Little River-Academy, was sentenced to one hundred (100) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True”
to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class B Misdemeanor, Theft $100- $750
ANTHONY CARL WILLIAMS, 38, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Marihuana 4 oz to 5 lbs and was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual Material
ROBERT RAYMOND ARVISO, 51, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
DAVID GLENN DAVIS, 60, of Elgin, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and was placed on ten (10) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management classes after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
WALTER JOSEPH WALLACE, IV, 19, of Cameron, was placed on ten (10) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence-Impede Breathing/Circulation and pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon – Threat
CHRISTOPHER RENEE CAMACHO, 35, of Austin, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
TASHA MARIE INOCENCIO, 52, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
EVERARDO VARGAS, 20, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
DARRIN DWAYNE BUSBY, 36, of Bryan, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
YASMANI DELAPAZ GONGORA AKA YASNIEL DELAPAZ-GONGORA, 37, of Houston, was sentenced to ten (10) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
JANET AMBER KRUCKNER, 39, of LaCoste, was sentenced to two hundred (200) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
ROBERT JEREMY ROBINS, 48, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Attempted Sexual Assault
BRIAN ALEXANDER SMITH, 43, of Austin, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence-Impeding Breath/Circulation, with Previous Conviction
RUDY RICARDO BORGAS, 53, of Temple, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Attempted Arson of Habitation
RODIRGO ESTRADA, 26, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one hundred nine (109) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleasing guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram
MATTHEW LOPEZ, IV, 38, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation, including the successful completion of Andavance Anger Management Classes and no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempted Stalking
MATTHEW DENNIS ALLEN, 37, of San Antonio, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Theft $2,500 – $30K
