(MILAM) Milam County Sheriffs Department inmate roster 140.

(TEMPLE) 10/09/2025 4:58am FM95 /Lindeman Road, Bell County

Texas DPS Troopers responded to a fatality crash involving two vehicles. A 2017 Ford Mustang operated by 20-year-old David Jackson of Temple, Texas, was travelling southbound on FM 95. A 2017 Chevrolet pickup truck, operated by a 35-year-old male from Bastrop, Texas, was travelling northbound. According to the investigating Trooper, the Chevrolet truck crossed into the path of the Ford Mustang, and they collided. The driver of the Chevrolet truck was transported to Baylor Scott and White for non-incapacitating injuries. Jackson was pronounced deceased on scene. Next of kin have been notified.
