(ROCKDALE) Rockdale Police Department weekly report officers responded to 282 calls for service 83 were 911 calls. The fire department hat had 7 calls -1 Gause, 3 Thorndale and 3 for Rockdale. Two accidents and 1 felony arrest.

(MILAM) Raymond James McBride had actually been arrested twice in connection with the shooting is back in custody after his bond was revoked by Milam County District Attorney. Under a new amendment under the Texas Constitution he was a violent offender and revoked all bonds, he remains in the Milam County Jail.
The first time was on Saturday when he was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Then when 28-year-old shooting victim Coby Ward died on Monday, the charge was upgraded to murder and police obtained a new warrant. McBride was booked back in on the murder charge at 8 pm Monday with his bond set at $750,000 which was posted the next day and released from the Milam County Jail.
