FLOOD WATCH : From area excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may become flooded. Rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches.
Water across the road turn around Don’t drown. Don’t drive around barricades.
